🌽 Healthy Masala Corn Bites Recipe
Boiled corn pieces.
1 tsp olive oil or melted butter (optional, for taste)
½ tsp black salt or regular salt
½ tsp chaat masala or roasted cumin powder
1–2 pinches red chili powder (adjust to taste)
Juice of ½ lemon
Chopped coriander (optional)
1. While the corn is still warm, drizzle olive oil or butter (skip for a no-fat version).
2. Sprinkle salt, chaat masala, and chili powder over the corn.
3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice generously.
4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
5. Toss everything well and serve warm!
